The Heart and Lung Run has been held annually for the past 12 years to increase awareness for those suffering from cardiovascular and/or pulmonary disease. The funds raised from this event are used to help patients in the community participate in the rehabilitation programs they need: without this financial assistance, many would be forced to go without.

The Heart and Lung Run has been designed for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you prefer to walk the 5k or challenge yourself to jogging the 10k, every step is a step in the right direction. Join us after the race for awards and bring the kids along for a day of activities at the annual Fairfield Medical Center Healthfest.
